OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
20 hours per week (9:00am – 1:00pm Monday to Friday)
LC 1 (SCP 7 – 12) currently £25,584 FTE (£13,829.18 pro-rata)
The Town Council is seeking an Office Administrator to provide support to the Town Clerk and the Council, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the Council.
The scope of the role requires the post holder to use their own initiative in prioritising the work, and confidence in IT is a must. This is a customer facing role and applicants will need to provide a responsive service to members of the public; promptly dealing with queries and enquiries or referring the matters to appropriate staff.
On occasion there may be a requirement to provide cover and support to our Community Hub building, 65 High Street, also in Nailsea.
